$20 Application Fee Due At Time Of Application Submission

1. Please Be Sure To Put Your Name In The Memo Or Comment Form On PayPal.  We will notify you shortly that your application and fee were both accepted and that you have been officially entered.

 A Non Refundable application fee of $20 is due at time of application submission.   Again, we collect a small nominal fee to be able to identify more easily who is serious about wanting to be a model and take the application process professionally and seriously.   ALL MONIES are being donated to a non for profit charity. Total donated will be announced at the dinner meeting.
